Centrix Benefit Administrators is a third-party administrator, or TPA. For a self-funded employer plan it does the work an insurance company would otherwise do: administering claims and handling the day-to-day running of medical, dental, vision and flexible spending benefits.
Centrix was created in 2016 to administer the plans Kinghorn & Company puts together, so the two companies work as one process for the employer: design on one side, administration on the other.
